FOS Wavecal data analysis (I)

Abstract
The first step in a comprehensive review of the FOS calibration under the
POA activity has been the analysis of the stability in dispersion (X)
direction. All relevant data, calibration and science, have been selected
from the FOS archive of 24000 data sets, resulting in a total 5312
potentially useful exposures. Report I of the wavecal analysis describes the
selection, processing and analysis techniques in detail, as well as the most
obvious and pertinent findings.
