The FOS RSDP conversion to count rates and the paired pulse correction
are tested using the input data with an exposure time of 0.5
seconds. Tbe standard quarter stepped FOS spectrnm with an overscan of
5 diodes is used. The dropoff in the raw input couuts at the end
points in Figure 1 is caused by the lack of overscanning at the ends
of the diode array.
