Abstract excerpted from the report:
	We present here a summary of the FOS calibration plan for Cycle 3.
	Routine calibrations to monitor the instrument and create a base
	line for the post CO-STAR mission are planned. A summary of the Cycle
	3 calibration plan and a comparison to Cycle 2 calibration is also
	presented.
