	In convenient matrix format are complete tabulations of the currently 
	installed FOS Inverse Sensitivity reference files for all combinations 
	of spectral element and aperture.  Also provided is a user-friendly
	summary of all FOS Inverse Sensitivity observations and references to
	their detailed analyses.
