Abstract:               

This WF/PC GTO program covers a small group of targets all but one of which are
related to the birth and death of stars. These include the Crab, Eta Carina,
SS433, and Cygnus Loop, and four bipolar outflow sources. In each case high
spatial and S/N imaging will be conducted to better understand the morphology
and motions in these unusual objects. Transmission grating, UV and V exposures
of NGC 6712, a globular cluster with a central X-ray source, will be taken to
identify sources with unusual spectra.
