Description of proposed observations. SECTION: 1 LINE_1: Two orbits of DD time are to be spent imaging the nova and its ejecta. LINE_2: 4-6 images in Halpha, and four in R are requested. The Halpha and R LINE_3: images can be taken in any order so as to maximize time on target with LINE_4: the shutter open. The Halpha images should be of 900-1200 seconds LINE_5: duration, and need not be of exactly equal exposure time. (Neither LINE_6: should Halpha exposures shorter than 600 seconds be taken). The R LINE_7: exposures should be of 45-90 seconds duration. Again, strict equality is LINE_8: unnecessary. All exposures should be taken consecutively (i.e. no gap LINE_9: between the orbits).
