abstract:

    line_1:        The primary goal of this proposal is to calibrate the plate
    line_2:        scale, for binary star observations, in the central region of
    line_3:        the astrometer FGS. Five targets will be observed at 3 different
    line_4:        positions. This is essential for supporting GO and GTO
