Abstract The HST will be used to obtain high-resolution UV spectra of the lines of sight toward Epsilon-Ind and Lambda-And. These lines of sight were previously observed by earlier instruments. The Goddard High Resolution Spectrograph will make the D/H values toward these lines of sight much more reliable. Thus, the D/H value for the Local Interstellar Medium (LISM) will be known with much more accuracy. The echelle-A grating will be used at a central wavelength of 1216 to obtain D and H absorbtion spectral lines.
