abstract:

    line_1:        The rate of occurrence of GHRS carrousel reset events
    line_2:        seems to have increased over the last six months.  This
    line_3:        test will repeat the carrousel functional test which was
    line_4:        run during OV to help determine if there is any change
    line_5:        in carrousel response.  Engineering data from this test
    line_6:        will be compared to data taken during OV to attempt to
    line_7:        measure any change in carrousel rate of rotation, current
    line_8:        draw and settling time.  A degradation in carrousel per-
    line_9:        formance could help explain the increased rate of reset
    line_10:       events.
