    line_3:        the secondary mirror move and compensating COSTAR DOB

    line_9:        the last SU of 5613.  No external FOS proposals should be
    line_12:       scheduled between 5613 and the SU which corrects the FOS.
    line_13:       And likewise, no external GHRS proposals should be
    line_14:       scheduled between 5613 and the SU which corrects the GHRS.
