The feasibility of the program has been shown line_4: by our results for IC4182, where 27 Cepheids were found and used to show line_5: that V(max)=-19.76 for SNIa 1937C. Since present evidence indicates that line_6: SNeIa are good standard candles, such determinations calibrate the line_7: Hubble diagram for SNeIa at sufficiently large distances where streaming line_8: relative to the Hubble flow are negligible. From the results of SN1937C, line_9: have estimated H0=52+/-9 km/s/Mpc, where the uncertainty comes almost en line_10: from calibrating only 1 SNIa.
