    line_1:        The proposal is to assess the recovered capabilities of HST to perform

    line_1:        (a) Justification for the orients and apertures:
    line_3:        We have changed apertures from WF2 to WF3, and added ORIENT requirements
    line_4:        to eliminate the possibility that a bright star (visible on the GSSS
    line_5:        finding charts) will bloom into the target area on the CCD.  These
    line_6:        changes are not absolutely required, but will improve the probability
    line_7:        of the program succeeding. We note there is considerable uncertainty
    line_8:        in the system quantum efficiency (QE) at this wavelength, and
    line_9:        blooming may occur if the largest QE values prove correct. The`
    line_10:       above changes are a precaution against this possibility.
    line_11:       The ORIENT range includes the nominal spacecraft roll angle,
    line_12:       and should not impact scheduling.
    line_13:       We have decreased the exposure times from 1200s to 1000s to
    line_14:       make scheduling easier.
