This new capability will restore the much line_3: needed ability to get a target into the SSA. Currently, line_4: objects are placed in (or near) the SSA by a blind slew line_5: from the LSA. The placement within the SSA is critical-- line_6: an uncertainty of only 4 deflections step (about half line_7: the size of the SSA) results in a fifty percent reduction line_8: in throughput.
