In line_7: addition to the great potential for serendipitous discoveries, the line_8: parallel data are needed to undertake a number of scientifically line_9: important programs, both in Galactic and extra-galactic astronomy. In line_10: particular, we will concentrate on areas ranging from the evolution of line_11: galaxies to Galactic structure, and on serendipitous searches for line_12: objects of unusual color and /or morphology. We propose to line_13: extract useful morphological information on galaxies to redshifts line_14: approaching 0.4 - 0.5.
