    line_1:        This is an FOC engineering needed
    line_2:        to verify a new HV transition command sequence after
    line_3:        the failure of the Intensifier HV Power Supply and tube.
    line_4:        SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:
    line_5:        A time window of 300 min after the transistion to HV
    line_6:        must be scheduled providing opportunities to use
    line_7:        generic uplinks to execute PSTOL in case the IEHT HV
    line_8:        will not come or stay up.
