abstract:

    line_1:        This program takes "uniform illuminated" pictures of
    line_2:        the earth to monitor the measles effect observed
    line_3:        in WFPC observations.
    line_4:        The goals of this program are:
    line_5:        1. Look for changes in measle numbers/characteristics
    line_6:        2. Have before/after images in place for decontaminations.
    line_7:        This program will also build up a high quality flat field.
    line_8:        The observations are done only with PC with a frequency
    line_9:        of once every two weeks.  The sequence (during a single
    line_10:       earth occultation) is:
    line_11:       F517N+OPEN, F517N+F122M, F517N+OPEN
