This will be achieved line_3: by imaging a pair of astrometric stars (separation ~10.5") in the line_4: full (512x1024 zoomed) format. A sequence of exposures will be line_5: obtained using each relay at positions with known angular offsets. line_6: The offsets combined with the astrometric separation will serve line_7: to unambiguously define the platescale for both relays. The line_8: observations will be analyzed off-line using CDBS and the analysis line_9: will be used to update the FOC reference files in SOGS. line_10: These observations will be combined with an observation of the line_11: center of 47-Tuc in order to determine the separation of stars in line_12: 47-Tuc.
