abstract:

    line_1:        This program takes "uniform illuminated" pictures of
    line_2:        the earth to monitor the "reciprocity" effect observed
    line_3:        in earth calib observations.
    line_4:        The goals of this program are:
    line_5:        1. Watch for discrete changes in this behavior
    line_6:        2. Look for long term variability
    line_7:        3. Have before/after checks in place for decontaminations
    line_8:        safings, or UVflood.
    line_9:        This program will also build up a high quality flat field.
    line_11:       The observations are done only with PC with a frequency
    line_12:       of once every week.
    line_14:       The sequence (during a single earth occultation) is:
    line_15:       F517N+OPEN, F517N+F122M, F517N+OPEN
