    line_1:        The goal is to measure the aperture locations and sizes in 4

    line_1:        Phase IIIb/IVa of Aperture Locations will provide a fine
    line_2:        measure of the FOS aperture locations in V2V3 by rastering
    line_3:        a star on a fine grid to find the maximum throughput for
    line_4:        small apertures. This technique provides the most precise
    line_5:        V2V3 locations and may provide the most precise locations of
    line_6:        the larger apertures from the relative positions of Phase I.
    line_7:        A refined plate scale and orientation can be derived from the
    line_8:        V2V3 separation of the upper and lower 0.5 arcsec apertures.
    line_10:       The grid for the 0.5 arcsec apertures is 0.5x0.5 arcsec with
    line_11:       0.05 arcsec steps.
    line_14:       Each detector side should begin and end with flat field
    line_15:       aperture maps to determine the current detector coordinates
    line_16:       of the apertures used. A WF/PC image of the stellar field
    line_17:       should be obtained in parallel with FOS observations of the
    line_18:       star for boresight testing.
