abstract:

    line_1:        Observe SN 1987A and its environment,
    line_2:        aiming, in particular, at studying the
    line_3:        structure and properties of the UV line-emitting
    line_4:        shell (about 1 arcsec radius around the SN)
    line_5:        and the UV echo from the innermost dust shell
    line_6:        (inner radius about 5 arcsec). Moreover, it will
    line_7:        be possible to detect the presence of a possible
    line_8:        neutron star down to a luminosity of few Lsun.
