    line_1:             This activity will bring the FOC into initial hold mode.  In this mode the

    line_10:       required RTCSs will be generated by the MOC, and will be part of the launch
    line_11:       configuration.  The pre-loaded RTCSs will be initiated by the MOC via realtime
    line_12:       commands.
