    line_1:        The test is composed of the following sequence of functional steps:  (1)
    line_2:        configure the I&C and DMS to support 4 kbps science data; (2) prepare for HSP 4
    line_3:        kbps science data collection (i.e., science data to SSM, output science data at
    line_4:        4 kbps, enable SDF SD input);  (3) start PSTOL procedure to dump HSP memory,
    line_5:        send 4 times to get 4 copies; (4) disable science data output and interface.
    line_6:        The "compare" PSTOL is then run in the ground system
