Debugging Levels

By selecting a DEBUG_LEVEL of greated than 0 you are telling Calnic C to open the additional output file, DEBUG, for writing debug information. Higher values of DEBUG_LEVEL cause Calnic C to write even more detailed information to this file. Levels of greater than 100 instruct Calnic C to create two new output files that contain the grism image with the pixels used by the objects set to the background level, and an image showing the pixels used in background estimation calculation. For more information regarding these output files, see section 2.6.4.
