Repeat of G140L LSA and SSA measuerments begun in original version of 1373, and executed once from that proposal. 2. G140M LSA only 1050 - 1300A. 3. Ech-A LSA only m=43-51 1100 - 1300A. m-lambda = 56200 4. Ech-A SSA m=43-51 1100 - 1300A. m-lambda = 56200 The four segments may be scheduled independently. The G140L test, lines 100 - 155 should be scheduled approximately 60 days after the first visit in prop 1373. In parts 2, 3 and 4 we request that the SPYBAL offset be computed from the stellar spectrum rather than the default lamp procedure.
