Abstract This proposal requests the use of PC6 with filters F487N and F889N in order to do a "coma sweep" as approved by the TTSC. There will be a realtime "target acquisition exposure" in order to place the star at the correct location in PC6. Then there will 3 sets of exposures at different secondary mirror decenters in order to measure the coma of the telescope. Prior to each set of exposures, realtime contacts must be established in order to move the secondary mirror. The first set occurs at the nominal zero coma position. The second at a position expected to have coma opposite to that presently in the telescope. The third occurs at the original position of the secondary mirror where the secondary mirror is left. Each set of exposures consists of 4 exposures, a short and a long exposure in F487N and F889N. It is estimated that each set can be completed in one orbit, so four orbits are required for this proposal. All exposures are to occur in fine lock, be pre-flashed, and not be cosmic ray split. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 8.
